Fix-It Friday Recently, the SeniorNet Computer Learning Center at the Springfield Jewish Community Center in Springfield held a “Fix-It Friday” program. Many computer users came in to have their computer questions answered individually on a one to one basis by the knowledgeable volunteers at the Learning Center. Some of the topics covered were: how to make mailing labels, how to work with .pdf files, how to use a laptop effectively, working with email and attachments and more. Everyone felt that the day had been successful! A comment from one of the participants: “Now that I know you are here, you’ll never get rid of me!”  |
