On April 22d, Sandy Krasner, former SeniorNet's Northeast Regional Consultant, was the guest speaker at a Greater Hartford SeniorNets gathering in Wethersfield, Connecticut. Members of the group include the Learning Centers in Wethersfield, West Hartford, Newington, Windsor Locks, Plainville and Hebron. The different computer skills learning centers had many questions about the changes in the SeniorNet national organization and Sandy was very helpful in addressing them. Issues addressed included the Legacy link to SeniorNet's leadership exchange and construction of the new Exchange, new software and curriculum, new courses being offered at the various centers and more.
Holger Lundin of Wethersfield, coordinator of Greater Hartford SeniorNets, said, "Our Greater Hartford SeniorNets get together four times a year, sharing ideas and things that we are doing. Over the years, we have built lasting friendships among the group which has helped us all. "
